This year Suseela Trust Award will be given to SP Balasubramaniam. This Trust is created to honour the musicians in cinema and cash award of Rs.1 lakh will be given to awardees. Last year this award was given to the famous singer Janaki.
This year function will be presided by Kamal Haasan. Suseela is trying to fix Kamal for this function. The venue of the function will be at Royapettah in Wesley Grounds. Sources said that M.S.Viswanathan, Illayaraja, Balamuralikrishna, T.M.S. and S.Janaki are going to give a music performance in the function.
