Director Shankar talks about his latest hit Nanban. The film is a remake of Hindi movie 3 Idiots. The ace Director took extreme pain while selecting the actors because he did not want the original theme of the movie to be affected. He also received tremendous appreciation on Vijay’s choice who exactly fulfilled Ameer Khan portray. Actually he shared the making of the above film. It happened when Shankar was busy shooting Endhiran and on one day he got upset over the cancellation of shooting of the Superstar film on the Pune Highways. On that day he decided to watch 3 Idiots and he was very impressed by the way the story treats and so he wanted to do it for the Tamil audience. The film Not only satisfies Vijay fans but also all other section of people.
