Hyder Ali one of the most famous rulers of Mysore in 1760 constructed a private garden in an area around 40 acres.The above garden Botanical was furter redesigned by Tippu Sultan the son of Hyder Ali.Many film producers would like to shoot in these gardens for their beauty.
